Email notification of new topics

If you would like to be notified when I post a new topic, just send an email to info@armedresponsebook.com with the subject "subscribe." Your email will not be given or sold to anyone and will only be used to notify you of new blog topics and training news/events.

Isn't there a way to subscribe to your blog using RSS? All the great blogs I track have the ability to pull via RSS.

I checked the help file but I dont know how to do it. If you can help me figure it out I would love to!

I find that if you use the link on the bottom of the page "Subscribe to: Posts (Atom)" that will gibve you the RSS feeds.
